License Types

All license types are subject to the compliance with all of the terms and conditions in "EdiFabric End User License Agreement (Version January 2021)" (see below).

Evaluation License Overview

Allows you to run as many instances of EdiFabric Trial as needed for use by any number of concurrent users in as many environments as you like, as long as you are the owner of these environments.

You may not distribute any portion of EdiFabric Trial, and only use it for the term of the evaluation.

Your license is limited to 14 days (counting from the first use) and the term of your license is controlled by the serial key for EdiFabric Trial.

Subscription License Overview

Allows you to run as many instances of EdiFabric as needed for use by any number of concurrent users in as many environments as you like, as long as you are the owner of these environments.

You may distribute EdiFabric only as part of your product, which adds significant primary functionality different than that of EdiFabric.

Your license is time limited (counting from the date and time of purchase) and the term of your license is controlled by the serial key for EdiFabric.

Upon expiration of the term, your serial key is also going to expire and your version of EdiFabric will stop working. Should you decide to renew your subscription, subject to the renewal instructions on EdiFabric’s website, and the payment of appropriate fees, you will be given a new serial key for the new term.

Perpetual License Overview

Allows you to run as many instances of EdiFabric as needed for use by any number of concurrent users in as many environments as you like, as long as you are the owner of these environments.

You may distribute EdiFabric only as part of your product, which adds significant primary functionality different than that of EdiFabric.

Your license is perpetual and never expires. You can continue using the last version of EdiFabric you obtained, even after your updates and support plan had ended.
